Vincent Herbert Weight Loss Surgery – As we talked about earlier this week after Tamar Braxton and husband Vince Herbert appeared on The Wendy Williams Show, Herbert has slimmed down quite a bit. He has lost nearly 100 pounds, going from over 300 down to 230 pounds. Not only has he changed his diet “entirely,” but he’s also managed to find a better grip on his health after coping with major medical problems as a result of his burden, and he’s now able to buy off of the rack.

The change has been ideal for its 48-year-old, but how has Braxton corrected? While she joked about becoming jealous that she’s considered “the thick one” within their relationship these days, she admitted while speaking to PEOPLE Now that it’s been quite a big transformation for the both of these.

“I like a bit ‘thickems.’ I enjoy the oohoo!” Braxton said, making the signature Pillsbury Doughboy noise. “I like that. I am very happy only because he is much fitter and I want him about indefinitely, but, you know, I like a little meat in my man’s bones.”

As Herbert started to slim down, rumors swirled that he had surgery to help shed the pounds. A source told The Daily Mail last year that it was necessary due to persistent ups and downs along with his wellbeing.

“He had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight,” the source said. “His size has induced him to have numerous health issues.”

Braxton seemed to affirm such rumors when talking to PEOPLE Now concerning the role she played in his weight loss trip.

“I had to be very supportive of him, ” she stated, “he had a couple of surgeries — not like really cosmetic surgeries, but like medical surgeries to assist him to get rid of weight because he had medical problems due to the weight.”

Whatever the capacity to get lean and slender, Braxton enjoys watching a happier and healthier Vince. When asked if she felt as if she was in a connection with a totally different person, Braxton could just laugh — and apologize.

“I do! Lots of energy.”
